All I want for OOTP23 is Offseason Mode

Starting the day of free agency with a blank slate.

Agreed. I'd love to be able to choose to start either

(1) the first day of the offseason (day after the last World Series),

(2) the first day of Spring Training, or

(3) Opening Day.

Offseason lets me manage FA signings. Spring Training lets me skip that but run ST to give players experience at alternate positions. Opening Day lets me skip both and dive straight into the season.
