Feeder league teams no longer generating players from that country

Hi,

I'm a board member for the online league PEBA (http://pebabaseball.com/) and we've recently run into an issue with our feeder leagues, despite not changing any settings. We have 2 international feeder leagues (COL, HS) and two US-based leagues. Our international leagues have teams from across the world like Ireland, The Netherlands, etc. Those teams have always generated 90-95% of their players from their country and the final 5-10% from our default player origin settings which I guess is the default. But suddenly, in the 2035 season, they completely stopped and have ONLY generated players from the default player origin settings. I have even tried to manually set the "Region" and "Team Draft Region" but those haven't worked either.

No settings were changed or adjusted. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
