Upside/Risk/Projection Potential

Random quick thought I’ve had tha the game doesn’t quite capture. I’d love to see prospects (ie younger than 21) have more variance in their scouting and projections. I feel that most of these young prospects usually have around 50 potential max. I’d love to see this changed a bit where scouting directors give you much more potential based on frame and projectable skills. With that comes the caveat of much more risk that could be displayed as well. It would add a lot less randomness to break out prospects. I kinda get tired of just guessing randomly that my 50 potential might break out and would like to see much more projection out of younger players

Summed up. I’d like to see younger prospects demonstrated more with high risk but high upside.
