No Pitching Coaches

Trying to shack things up as my pitching staff is awful and all underperforming.
When I go to Free Agent personnel there are literally zero Pitching Coaches. When I click All Personal there are no Pitching Coaches listed either, even with MInor Leaguers turned on. . All other roles are listed but no pitching coaches. If I click on any team, they do in fact, have a pitching coach but they do not appear in the list.

Very weird.

My only option is to promote another "poor" pitching coach from minors and let CPU auto hire another or try.

Anyone encounter this?

You can put yourself in Commish Mode and create a bunch of Pitching Coaches. May not be ideal, but better than just promoting "poor" coaches all the time.
