Suggestion: Can play in the ML untill X date

Maybe it's a dumb idea but since I play historical that would be so practical... Why would it be? Because that would help for the rookie eligibility since we would be able to prevent a player to be called in the major league before his real first game.

By example in my simulation (1978) I could set this:
Scott Sanderson (first game 08/06)
Bob Reese (first game 09/16)
etc.

This would be something we could set for every team in the league without being the commissioner, so no player would lost their rookie eligibility because a team keep him on the rooster as a pinch hitter when he's not supposed to be there.

Maybe this could be done via the transaction database if an option isn't something doable. The players would be FA and the team would sign them the day of their first game...
