OGHL 3 GMs needed

OGHL (formerly E-SL) currently has just moved to FHM8 and are still on July 1st, we're in the 2029-30 season, and have the Vancouver Canucks, St. Louis Blues, and New Jersey Devils available. All 3 teams are playoff /bubble teams that still own their firsts.

All 3 teams have been filled but we do have 1 more expansion team available for the upcoming season (2030-31) plus another two expansion the season after that
