Question on migrating to v23 in the middle of a season?

Does moving my 22 save to 23 in the middle of the season affect the player ratings? Would there be a ratings change following migration?

A developer would probably provide the best answer, but my understanding is that it's best to migrate in the offseason, but if you must migrate in the middle of a season, a) it should work ok, but tweaks and improvements to the new version could result in some ratings changes, and b) you should definitely test it out first (make a backup, migrate, prowl around & look at things, run it until the end of the season without immersing yourself in it, just to make sure things look good).

That all said, I wouldn't just accept that which I wrote above. Wait for others to either 2nd it, add to it, or complete debunk it

You'll be fine, even Matt has stated converting mid season is ok.

Just cross check anything you're concerned about after conversion to make sure it looks fine.

Your league will still be there in 22 to try again if something goes wrong.

Just make sure you have backup copies.
