Is FHM 7 still available for purchase?

I've been playing FHM 6 for a few years, and stopped playing for some time because, just because.... but interested in upgrading. I know OOTP typically discounts older versions, but I didn't see FHM7 anywhere on their site. I only saw FHM 8. Can I upgrade from FHM 6 to FHM 8 without issues? Any suggestions or direction would be helpful. Thanks!

It's available via Steam for $19.99. FHM 8 is on sale right on Steam and Epic for $29.99. You can also get $10 coupon on Epic by signing up for their emails to make final price $19.99.

I'm not sure on jumping a save from FHM 6 to 8 though.
