Issues with award pictures

v8.5.81, FastSpring, Win10

Added the great awards collection by "jh95" to the game and there are several problems.

One thing is that the champion award for the respective league doesn't show up. Means no Stanley Cup for the NHL and so on. The game uses the default "award_champion.png" file and ignores let's say a "national_hockey_league_award_champion.png" file (which it shouldn't do I suppose).
As far I could see this goes for all leagues, not just the NHL. I saw in a post by "jh95" he said (quote) "I already posted this bug to the development team."
That was in 2018, so... any news on this?

Then there are other things. Some awards are displayed, others use the default, and then there are some using the wrong picture.

In 2005/06 Kris Russell in the WHL won the "Bill Hunter Trophy" for best defenceman, as well as the "Brad Hornung Trophy" for sportsmanship. On his profile page the game shows the pic for the Bill Hunter, but uses the default pic for the Brad Hornung

More confusing is that the game uses the picture for the Rocket Richard Trophy in place of the Ted Lindsay and Lady Byng awards.
This is pretty strange to me. I could understand if the game jumped to the default, or even to the first one inside the folder beginning with "national_hockey_league_award_ ..."
But it sort of randomly picks one file, "national_hockey_league_award_goals.png" is somewhere in the middle of the pack.

Those are the issues I noticed after a first quick check, there might be more.

I'll have a look at the mod, there's still an open bug about these on our list but it may be missing some of those details.

Ok I went through all awards and this is the status quo:

"Champion" award:
As mentioned the game doesn't show modded pics for league "champion" and uses the default instead.
This might be caused by the fact that the game summarizes all championships a player has won in one single item. There aren't three award pics if a player was champion in three different leagues, in contrast to individual awards (if a player was MVP in three leagues there would be three items). So this might explain why the game ignores modded "champion" awards.

Individual awards:
The game simply doesn't have any default award pics/icons for Sportsmanship, Dedication, Leadership and Player's MVP awards.

This leads to the following: generally spoken, the game uses the "goals" award in place of those others.
Means if there's no league specific goals award inside the "award_pics" folder, then the game uses the default goals award. And if there is a league specific goals award, the game uses that one. This goes mostly for the NHL because many other leagues don't have that goals award, at least in-game.
So this explains why the game shows the Rocket Richard Trophy, instead of the Lady Byng, Bill Masterton, Mark Messier and Ted Lindsay awards.

While I'm on it, the Plus-Minus award of the NHL looks incomplete.

I'd like to add a little more

Has been partially mentioned before here, but still.
Some leagues show duplicated awards. This goes mainly for the KHL, but there are also duplicated awards in Russia's VHL and the Swiss National League.

In the KHL it also happens that two players are winning the "Best Defenceman" award in one year.

And I noticed that the Career Stats page of Derek Ryan is incomplete.
From 2007 to 2011 he played for the University of Alberta in the CIS. The CIS isn't really part of FHM, so this might be the reason.
But season 2014/15 when he played in Sweden's SHL is missing as well. He still won two awards that year, "Player's MVP" and "Most Points" with zero points.
