Local Broadcasting Revenue in CHL?

In the OHL, WHL and QMJHL when I play/add an expansion team I get local broadcasting revenue for that expansion team, however none of the other teams in the league get any local broadcasting revenue...shouldn't all teams get local broadcasting revenue?

Yeah, it should be there for all of them. I'll take a look at that.
