Where can I find these files

when I make changes in the file of a player or a trainer where these files are I would like to be able to keep them, that would avoid me to have to start again all the changes made with each new game.

You cannot edit the main database. You could create a quickstart, but that's it.

creating a quickstart would allow me to play a new historical season, without having to correct the countless errors in the database
