Note on 2D Anthem Modding

Modding the pregame anthem in 2D games, which was previously broken, is now working as of 8.5.51. The folder location for the files has changed, they now need to be placed in \sounds\anthems.

There's no time limit on the anthem, so it'll play the entire file. The file must be a .wav named in the format country name_anthem.wav, e.g. canada_anthem.wav or the united states_anthem.wav (note the use of spacing/underscores in the latter, normal spaces in the nation's name but an underscore separating it from "anthem.")

That explains why I couldn't get them to work pre-update. I was trying in the '\sounds\background_sounds' folder and coming up dead silent.
