Player traded, still taking up space on 40-man roster

Players that are traded in the game are staying in their original team's 40-man roster, and I can't release them, or get rid of them in any way I can see...they sit there, taking up roster spots...deleting them is scary, don't want to lose the player altogether...

Doesn't happen every time, but often...

Anyone else see this?

I think for this we'd likely need to see your league files.

Normally I'd suggest to just post it here, but given that we're pretty busy working on OOTP23 right now, probably the best way to do it so we can keep track of things better would be if you can submit a support ticket (https://support.ootpdevelopments.com/portal/en/home or email support@ootpdevelopments.com) so the support guys can work with you directly on checking this out.
