Control Multiple Teams

Two quick and related questions, if someone would be generous enough to answer.

1. Can you control multiple organizations / swap between them in a manner similar to OOTP? If not, is this what you can in effect achieve by setting up an online league structure with multiple human managers and then switching between the active managers to control different teams, as per the game manual?

2. When playing a game, is it possible to coach both teams (including using the on-ice decision-making feature for both teams)? Would the aforementioned online league setup allow for this? If so, would it mean changing the team you control every time possession changed?

Very interested in the game and learning more about hockey, and I find that immersing myself in this manner helps me pick things up best. Anyway, sincere appreciation in advance for anyone taking the time to help me with either or both questions.

You can with commissioner mode. (Manager -> Options -> Commissioner Mode). It lets you edit team info, player ratings, force trades etc...
