Finance Question- What Controls Team Focus?

Zboch Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Apr 2009 Posts: 25	Finance Question- What Controls Team Focus? My org's "Team Focus" bounces around from "Rebuild", "Neutral", "Win Now" and "Build a Dynasty!". This greatly affects my future budgets. This can bounce around several times a season. Currently, it is in "Neutral". I am the Dodgers, and I haven't had a losing season in 20 years, and I've made the playoffs in 19 of the last 20 years. I would expect the Team Focus to be "Win Now" or "Build a Dynasty"... because this increases future budgets, and I like to spend like a drunken sailor. Any ideas on what controls this, other than the whims of the owner? Attached Images
