Can someone help me out with how this points system works.

See attachment:
I start out with 239.5 points and I finish with 8.3 points.
If you add/subtract going across, the numbers don't add up.

Where did all my points go?

There would have been points spent on the Annual financial settings in July as well, check that page and they should add up to the difference.
