Please excuse my ignorance, but how do you FORCE a trade.

I'm playing in commissioner mode but the Force Trade is in light grey and I can't choose it.

The set up of this game is entirely different than OOTP baseball, so I am kind of fumbling around here trying to learn things.

Also, is there a trade screen you can just click on like OOTP Baseball, If there is I can't seem to find it.

If you aren't controlling the team you can't force a trade.

Simply edit the players/picks to the teams you want them on.

I am the GM/Head coach of the 1990 Pittsburgh Penguins.
I am Trying to trade the Blackhawks to get Dominik Hasek.
I would like to force the trade.
The game won't let me, am I doing something wrong.

Thank you...

Edit: When I add a 2nd player, I can now force the trade. Is this how the game is suppose to work. Please let me know if there is something I do not understand.. I am eager to learn this game.

Simply click on your team's name drop down menu, (in your case it should say Penguins), then select 'Trade Offer.'

Also, you can select the NHL drop down menu, click 'Transactions,' then select the 'Trading Block' tab to see who's currently being shopped around the league.
