Arena Capacity Options implemented?

I'm on July 1st / standard game.

I can not click on any of the boxes under Arena Quality. Has this not yet been implemented? or is there some other box I have to click first?

Looks like there may be something wrong with the interface, we'll have a look.

Wait, did the team you were checking own its arena? (It's shown in the team data.)

I'm using the Pens and they do not own their arena.

I would have never figured that out.

Maybe on the annual budget have it say:
"Arena Quality (must own arena)"
or something similar (unless I totally missed something obvious about the correlation)
