How do you Start Kraken with redraft: expansion and amateur?

How do you Start Kraken with a redraft: expansion and amateur? I thought that was an option.

Start a new Standard Game. Choose to play as Seattle. You'll get the option.

You don't get to redo the Amateur draft however.

I did start with Standard game. I did not get the option. I started in July. I started as a real GM. I will try once more.

You can't play as a real GM, you need to play as yourself to redraft.
