RaUni Banned Join Date: Sep 2015 Posts: 234	Hiring Coaches Away before Playoffs Over? I can sign a coach from A ball to my majors as bench coach. If i offer him the job before the playoffs are over for 5 years will it be 5 years like if i waited for coaches filings or will I be burning a year since it's "before seasons end"? I guess also, can you steal a coach anytime or is it just after the league season is over for the coaches? Any info on the coach stealing anyone has had would be greatful.
