Issue with jerseys in online league

The commissioner uploaded the league file with the correct jerseys but when I download the file it reverts to a generic jersey. I've tried manually installing the correct jersey in the game files but the game still reverts back to a generic jersey. Any advice on how to fix this?

MAYBE...
Try closing game,
Loading jerseys and then re-opening game

Not sure if this the way, just a suggestion.
