Rating Changes

Is there a way to have rating changes only occur in the offseason?
Also is there a way to prevent underlying fine-tuning of ratings year to year? IE A couple of seasons ago all of a sudden fatigue changed. a 60 fatigue went from throwing 80 pitches to 100, before getting tired. The numbers aren't correct but hopefully, you get what I mean.

My understanding is that if you are playing historical, with recalc, and with development off, the ratings changes will only occur in the offseason. It's with development on that ratings changes will also occur during the season. That all said, I don't know if certain injuries could cause ratings changes mid-season, regardless of the settings mentioned above.

I could be wrong.

I think you're right with the addition of setting talent change randomness to zero or if not possible 1.

I play the game in part to follow player development, or regression. It is indispensable IMO.

You could set scouting updates to “rarely” ?
