Lic. problem

I have purchased OOTP 22 ------- it does not work on this computer

I purchased OOTP 20 -- thought I would play it on this computer -- but it says to enter a Liciense ...... I can not find it in my emails -- HELP ...

The Lic disappeared from the game on both my computers
