OOTP GO Restoring IAP

I have a problem with restoring IAP. I made a purchase few months ago, i clicked iap button, it just stops there, i waited for like 10 minutes, still not getting a restore. Not only me some players are getting this problem also, so i request to solve this thread as soon as possible.

Can I ask what device you are on?
If it's Android, can you double check that you are logged into the Google Play Store account first before you tap restore?

yeah, I'm in Android, and I definitely logged in to my google account that i bought mlb season. please help me with this problem

Yeah I've been looking into this for the past couple days. While testing, I found that I was also unable to restore a bunch of my own purchases. It seems that Google is not returning to us all the purchases anymore when we request a restore. I'm in contact with a technical specialist from Google now, so hopefully I'll have some news in a bit

Some ballparks are very blurry at the bottom of the initial view, such as Seattle and NYM.
