Save and Quit resumes inning 0

Someone else mentioned this in the first impressions thread. I had to go to work or something while in the middle of a game in one-pitch mode so I tried the Save and Exit button from the Bench screen. When I later resumed the game it started at inning "0", and reported my starting pitcher had thrown 0 pitches but 44 strikes. I had been up 8 runs but lost the resumed game 4-6.

Thanks for reporting this. I am unable to reproduce at the moment though, are there any other details that I can try to replicate which may help me reproduce?
For example, did you change any game settings off of the default, do you close the app right away after you save an exit or do you exit all the way back to the home screen first, etc.?
