No Trade Clause setting

Is there no place in the settings that I can disable No Trade Clauses league-wide? I found the 10/5 setting, but swear that in earlier versions we had disabled something, but now in OOTP 22 players are asking for NTC again in our online league. Anyone who can point to me what I'm missing, or confirm that I should stop looking gets a gold star.

is it part of enabling "options" ?

i never use such a contract feature, but i also don't recall seeing the no trade checkbox (i don't look for it, though). however, i do religiously turn off option years.

I don't think it's a standard setting you can use for all teams/leagues, but in commish mode you can edit an individual player to uncheck the box. So if you wanted to badly enough you could manually clear them from players that have them.

At least in 22, the NTC isn't firm for all players. Players with a NTC will list the teams they are willing to be traded to on their contract screen. It's rare to see a player who refuses to be traded in most cases.

Thanks all... I guess it's a 'feature request'. We dug into old versions and discovered that we had never actually banned the practice- we just found that not many players have requested them and most owners have refused to include them. We'll see if the players continue to increase the ask in OOTP22
