Looking for Co-commissioners For European Football Style League

If something like this already exists, I'm sorry and direct me to this league.

I want to start an ambitious league that is similar to European Football with multiple promotion/relegation leagues. I tried something like this 15 years ago but I think I tried to do too much too quickly. I am not too experienced with how promotion/relegation leagues work in game so I could use someone who has experience in that area.

The main things that I want to accomplish are promotion/relegation leagues, and cross league tournaments. I want to have tournaments to decide who is the best amongst all the leagues as well tournaments for the lower levels to keep them interested and active.

This league will need more than just me to make it work so if this of interest to you, please let me know. If you're interested in putting your name down for the first wave of teams, also let me know.
