How do we get caps, uniforms and logos to work in an online league?

I've never been able to figure this out.

I know where the caps, jerseys and image files are. I know how to put images into those files so the game can find them. I know the naming conventions...

I cannot seem to get them to "stick" in my online league.

Does the commissioner have to put these images into the league? Are they then part of the league file that you download each sim?

Some people have said no, and that users have to keep their caps and jerseys up to date manually... but it's not working.

So can we get some guidance, once and for all on how to do this?

I have similar issues, with every game download, not full game download, I have to change my cap logo back to what I have selected. For some reason, it happens everytime.. mine is a minor issue, but, if I wanted to do a full uniform and color change it would become pretty tedious.

Is there some way we could get some clarification?

The lock graphics box is at the bottom left of the " Team Colors, Logos, and Uniforms" page.

I have the bottom right one, but the left one is blank on mine. Meaning only one checkbox on the right.

That could be the problem.

The lock button - never works...

Changing jerseys and caps - there's no rhyme nor reason - some teams it's just one or the other. Some it's both home shirt and hat - other's it's just the away.

It's not a commish thing - being the guy, I have painstakingly updated with properly named and properly added artwork and it all goes away. And it's not on the user end because my own minor leagues randomly change!

The only thing that remains stable are logos - the only piece of artwork that moves back and forth with the league file.

It's nothing on you or your end. The complaints about this have popped here with regularity. No official word.
