Searching players by hometown?

I’ve started an international league and my owner is after me to “sign a hometown player” and I’d like to get him off my back lol — is there a way to search players by hometown?

Not that I've found, but I believe a "locally known" player will suffice which is an easier search than finding someone in your state.
