How to keep audio after clicking outside window?

I have two monitors and like to sim a game while I am doing something on the other monitor. Unfortunately, whenever I click out of OOTP the audio stops. I would like it to keep playing. Is there a way to do that?

i think there is a windowed mode? I would think the biggest issue is the pbp audio is not really listenable??? At least to me.....that is HUGE bonus to me if they could improve the audio. the ideal is export the AUDIO and play it like a radio from other tech (phone, computer, alexa etc)
