Special Rules & Settings: Great Incentives program, Player Contract Rules and a marginal Cost Per Win Incentive Plan to encourage teams to compete with smaller payrolls. Important note before applying: TheShow has a VERY strong core of VERY experienced GMs. This league is not suited for inexperienced or new online league members.

Good league it's my second ever league joining and I've been in for like 13 rl yrs.


The league is very long standing and we try to keep the realism factor pretty close to real life but we also wanna make it fun for the league so we have incentive point plans . So u could do like I did and hire a hit man to off my owner. It helped alot

It's definitely one of the top leagues in OOTP .

You should join us if u like to have a good time while competing with other all over the world for bragging rights of that elusive trophy.

Only one team remains vacant. Baltimore has an insane number of Incentive Points to spend to better the team immediately, but sits in the middle of the pack in Top Farm Systems and the lower third in team power rankings today.
