Ages of players in the draft pool

I don't know if this is a bug, but the ages of the players in my yearly draft pools are unrealistically high.

Most people in the U.S.A. graduate high school at around 18 years old, yet the game assigns ages to high school draftees anywhere from 20 to 22 years of age.

College seniors graduate at around 22 years of age, but the game consistently ages them at 25. College juniors should be drafted at around age 21 instead of age 24.

When I go over my draft picks, and I edit my players to make their ages realistic, this negatively affects their development. If I leave them alone, they develop normally, but then I end up with numerous players playing at unrealistically high levels well into their late 30s and early 40s.

Your thoughts?

I would guess this is a settings issue, as this doesn't happen on the default settings. However we have seen some reports of this, so it does seem it happens under certain circumstances.

The first thing to do would be to check the ages on the players screen in the settings, it may be that somehow your game is set to generate players too old. If things look fine there though, it would help to see your league files.

Can you upload or post a link to your league files so we can look over the settings?
