Runtime Error

I hope someone can help me out with this. It seems that a league I was playing in was either deleted or corrupted. It was the last league that was open in OOTP5. Now when the game opens it opens to a blank league with no info such as teams, dates or anything else, it doesn't even tell me what league it is looking for. I tried opening a new league, creating a new league, and restoring an old league. When I try to do any of those things it gives me the following message.
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Runtime error. Ootp5.exe abmormal program termination. Any ideas.

Nevermind I saw a previous post. I am going to try uninstalling and reinstalling.

For future reference, if you want to find out which league OOTP is trying to open, look at the setup.dat file in the Data directory. The first piece of data in there is name of the league folder it will open on startup.
