Moving GMs Glitch

In my online league the Cubs were open and the DBacks GM wanted to switch to them, so in the add/edit managers page I set his current team from Arizona to Chicago, and that part worked fine. But when I tried to assign myself (originally no team, assigned to avoid AI making decisions), Arizona wasn't an available option. Spent around 30 minutes trying to find a way to assign myself to be Arizona's GM but couldn't.

A little hard to see, but I've included a screenshot of what I mean below. First team listed is Atlanta. Arizona isn't even an option to assign my GM to. Yes I've tried clicking the up arrow and it doesn't do anything
