EIHL trades

I'm playing in UK Elite Ice Hockey League. When I access the Trade window, I can't initiate a trade.
If I right click on players names no menu pops up, so I can't add player to trade. So, the only way I can make a trade is to access another team roster list and initiate trade from there.

Another thing, even if I do make a trade offer the drop down menu for changing players list is grayed out (you can see it on the screenshot below, bottom right corner above the list), so I can only offer money for the players. Is it supposed to be like that for EIHL? I can only offer money?

No trades allowed in the EIHL, only cash transfers - you can offer/request the transfer amount from the "money" field.
