This is just a guess based upon my own experience, but what is your staff cohesion like?

I have a similar situation where I have great chemistry in my clubhouse among the players but I've been guessing that the fact that my staff is feuding with each other might be why I keep getting less positive messages in the text about our clubhouse climate.
