Suspicious Auction House Activity

There are currently a lot of cards with a bid price of 99998 and a buy now price of 99999 that are worth nowhere near that amount of PP in the auction house.
Is this normal activity?

maybe if they get bought. Noting says you can't list a card for any price you'd like, over the minimum.

What's the L10 on the card(s) in question? That's when you know someone has actually bought one for a possibly out of line price. .

The L10 ranges from 10000 to 47000 with Langston, Pendleton, Pinson, Sutton and Verlander standing out the most.

Trammell, Ehret, Cummings, Reardon and Phillips are less obvious but you would still have to be stupid to purchase for nearly 100000.

They have all miraculously disappeared with nine hours of auction time remaining.

It could also be people stashing cards away, for one reason or another, so that those players don't appear on their rosters.

This is exactly what it is.

Look at their new L10 and it'll tell you if it was this or something else.

Is this some sort of tanking strategy?

Yeah. Well not tanking exactly, but obfuscating said tanking from the tanking police. Obstruction of justice, if you will.

Live card 10 max manipulation as well with update on Monday?

I've seen a bunch of random live players up for way too much
