Player is happy and unhappy about his icetime

One of my players was happy and unhappy about his icetime at the same time. If it helps: he is contracted to NHL club and plays in OHL. He did not play for a couple of weeks, but usually plays in 1-2 line as a backup center. After he played one game his unhappiness gone away.

If you have a save at this exact point, I'd like to have a look, we should be able to see why it's showing both.
