Rule 5 Draft does not occur

I have a two league promotion-relegation association setup, there is another bug report of the draft problem (too many picks in some rounds and teams without picks in other rounds) but I am now encountering a problem where the Rule 5 Draft just does not happen. It is a selectable event when you click the play button but when you get to that date it is not a selectable event in the league drop-down menu. I made sure I had room on my active and 40-mab rosters the second year it did not appear.

We'd need to see your league files here. If you can upload those as per the instructions in my signature (or post a link to them here) then we can a look and try to figure out what's going on.

I don't mean to try double reports here but this save has both the Rule 5 draft issue and as someone else reported both to many and to few picks in the first-year player draft.
