New OOTP 22 Photo Bug

Hey Guys,


Another photo bug new in OOTP 22 for me after converting from OOTP 20 to OOTP 22.



The game omits some teams' hats and some players have wrong jerseys.


I tried to edit players photos manually individually and it doesn't fix the problem. Also, teams' ballcaps and jerseys are OK and correctly named and found.


Any attention and help on this would be appreciated with the new purchase.

This happens with the missing caps sometimes when you're trying to load cap files that are the wrong size/in the wrong format etc.

I know you mention they are correct, but the first thing to do is double or triple check all your graphics files, especially those not showing up, to make absolutely sure they are right, because based on the screen shot you posted, it looks to me like there is very likely an issue there.

I did nothing but convert from OOTP 20 to OOTP 22. I did not touch anything. This issue is clearly a bug and on your end. Not what we paid for. Please address and let us know. Thanks for your help as always.

It may be that when you converted, the caps did not get properly moved over for some reason. Did you convert directly from OOTP20 to OOTP 22? (which shouldn't be possible, and if it did happen, could be part of the problem) or did you go from OOTP20 to 21 to 22 when converting?

I would suggest the next step would be manually copying over the full ballcaps and jerseys folder from your save game in OOTP20 into the new OOTP22 save folder you created when importing. In theory, that should fix things up if something didn't get properly copied, for whatever reason.
