MUBL - Switching to OOTP22

The Mirror Universe Baseball League is approaching the trade deadline of the 2024 season.

When we hit offseason we will be upgrading to OOTP22.

I am posting today to speed up recruitment so we have some GM's ready to go for that transition. Note. We're on OOTP 21 today - upgrading in offseason.

We're a modern day league, 2020 Quickstart. Most standard online league rules apply, some notes:

- Owner goals ON
- GM's can be fired
- Normal injuries
- Universal DH
- No 3-Batter minimum
- Just voted on passed no draft-pick negotiations

Open teams:

Tampa Bay Rays (leading division)
New York Yankees (2nd in division)
Baltimore Orioles
Kansas City Royals (leading division)
Detroit Tigers
Cleveland Indians
Oakland A's
Miami Marlins (when aren't they available)
