Differences between PT22 and OOTP GO PT?
What differences are there, if any, between PT in OOTP 22 vs GO?

Can your two accounts be linked between them?

None, except for some UI variations. They are completely compatible and the same account is accessible on either using the same username and password.

It logs you out automatically which I'm finding extremely annoying.

Not even half as annoying as the game not remembering your preferred settings for tournament search and you have to fiddle with changing 4 fields with big fingers on a tiny screen in the middle of the night without your glasses.
