Player List Scroll Bar Issue

So when viewing a very large player list the game will swap from using scroll bars to the page selectors, which I understand it cannot show 9000+ players in one list.

But in 21 and previous versions, when you then filtered that huge list down some it would go back to using scroll bars once it got under a certain number, but in 22 it stays with page selectors even if you filter it down to just two pages of players.

I like to export the lists and then copy and paste into excel for me to evaluate players with, ideally viewing the entire league at once. While I've never been able to get every player on one export, I used to be able to filter them in half and just do two exports but now I have to go team by team and it takes a lot more time.
