How to swap from CA to US???

Hmmm..

No purchases, but I did create a new league with history. Seems on the iPadOS you cannot "offload" the app, keep the data, and then reload it like on iPhoneOS.

Cannot figure how to keep my data and reload from the US account going forward...

Any ideas?

No idea. I just played perfect team and messed about with the free leagues until I could download it from the UK store. I’ll buy the MLB season now and get stuck into that. As perfect team comes from a server I was able to log back in and continue that.

Think I found it. In iPadOS you can go to settings and look at storage used and pick the app and offload it there. Just not in the deep press menu on the main icon. I just offloaded and reinstalled from the appstore (had it on my phone first with my US account).
