When try to play a game it crashes before I get to that screen. Can’t play any games

Which iPad Air exactly? Try closing down all other apps running in the background and then restart OOTP Go, you may be out of memory.

I think the problem is that OOTP Go needs 2GB of RAM to run properly and the original iPad Air has only 1 GB of RAM.
