Make a player play on multiple lines?

I am playing a franchise and during the game when watching is there a way to make one player play on two diffrent Lines?

Not directly, it's limited to one appearance on the lines per player. If there are empty lineup spots, the AI will do its best to fill them with rested players when the line is due on the ice, which will mean someone gets double-shifed to cover those gaps, but you don't have immediate control over that. I may take another look at a way to enable double-shifting in the future, but it's likely to require some fundamental changes to the line usage mechanics.
