How do I link OOTP 22 to my challenge mode profile

When I go to my profile in https://challenge.ootpdevelopments.com it shows me only having OOTP 20 and OOTP 21. It doesn't show OOTP 22 (or other older versions I had but I don't care about those). What steps should I take to make OOTP 22 show up there? I'm afraid twitch drops won't work otherwise.

The tech support forum doesn't allow any postings. It just has one post telling you to go to the bug report forum, which it tells you is strictly for in-game issues. So where do I get help for this?

I don't know what we need to do to make OOTP22 show up on those profile pages, but it doesn't impact twitch drops if it's not there.
