1- I try to change the number of rounds of draft pick (7 Totals) i only want 3 of them can i change it ? The reason is because i dont want too much no-name and i dont want to import too much player either... so if i cant put 3 first round draft pick by year it would be nice....but it stuck a 7. Im on 1 july commissioner mode.

2- If in my custom league i dont have any farm and junior team, i only have the pro team, where the draft player will go ?

3- I still dont understand how to import a player to the next draft. If i want Joe Sakic i import him and change his birthday so he will have 17 years old (Ready for the draft) but everytime i add a player i didnt see him anywhere in the draft they are all in the free agent pool. I set the league right to None

4- Is there a way to see in the news somewhere which player retiring at then end of the year ???

It's not possible to change the number of rounds in the draft.

If you don't have farm/junior teams, players will either be on a team's active roster or their reserve list.

Import the players at age 18 on June 30 (or earlier) and they should appear in the draft.

The retirement announcements are made on June 30; there's no way to know before that which players are retiring.
