Team Chemistry Screen Confusion

Looking at the attached screenshot, it doesn't make much sense for my bench coach to say things are bad. No one dislikes him, everyones morale is great, etc.

is this a bug?

Get rid of or move Jason Bay, he could be a problem that you don't want getting worse. I had the same issue and once I removed the "outspoken" player, things got better within a week. Of course, that might not be the problem either?

I seem to remember there was perhaps a bug around this in an earlier version this year, but it was corrected in one of the patches. So if you're not updated to the latest patch, that could be why it shows the disconnect.
