When attempting to access the KnowledgeBase from the OOTP Online Manual Link (https://support.ootpdevelopments.com...t/en/published) I get the following error:

Unauthorized login to this portal
Permission denied to access this portal.
Please check your portal URL again.

I think that's the wrong link. Where did you find it originally?

That one works. The other one was from the Online Manual:
